Tapioca Express is a growing international franchise that is popular selling Asian style drinks and snacks. They are becoming increasingly popular in different communities in Northern California. For this location, we are converting a yogurt shop into a full kitchen service Tapioca Express. A new cook-line with grease interceptor is added. To maximize the client’s budget, the designer works to modify the lighting ambience based on the existing electrical condition, alter the existing layout to maximize kitchen space, and use refreshing color and low cost wall papers to outline the concept of the food joint.
