I initially contacted Projects A to Z for their opinion about rescuing a project that was under heavy scrutiny by the city and all the relevant departments. This project was a disaster. The previous designer submitted all incomplete drawings everywhere and left the owner and contractor without an outlet. I hired Projects A to Z because of their experience in working with other restaurants, and let me say that Projects A to Z was a great company to work with through all the phases into completion. Their knowledge of all the relevant codes and ease of coordination with other professionals alike were my biggest concerns, especially in a project that had huge complications; communication is key. They were able to coordinate at different stages of the project with different engineers, and even teleconferenced a few times between the contractor, owner and I to make sure everyone was on the same page. All the team members are friendly/tactful, efficient, and are a pleasure to work with. They don’t waste any time, and that’s a big factor for me. If there is any project that needs guidance in any direction, Projects A to Z will help smooth out the rough edges. They are an excellent team to have in the industry!
